I'm haven't been much of a teamwork person and have often speedran projects solo at my own pace. Working with others usually slowed me down.
Lately I've come to realize that having the right teammate does indeed speed up the process. Its smooth and fun when the effort I need to put is reduced and in return I not only get the project done quicker, but also have a good time with the person I'm working with.
